Who we are

FrameCoach is operated by 1596830 B.C. LTD., doing business as RunYard Labs, in British Columbia, Canada. In this policy, “FrameCoach,” “we,” and “us” refer to that company and the FrameCoach app and website.

What the app processes

Camera and pose data

FrameCoach uses your camera feed to estimate composition, phone position, subject placement, and pose. This processing happens on your device. We do not receive or store your camera feed, pose landmarks, or photo content.

Captured photos

Photos taken in FrameCoach are stored locally in the app's private storage. They are added to your system Photos library only when you choose to export them. Deleting the app may remove captures that you have not exported.

Camera and Photos permissions

Camera permission is needed to use the live coaching and capture features. Add-only Photos permission is used when you ask FrameCoach to export a finished photo. You can change these permissions in iOS Settings.

Subscriptions and purchase data

FrameCoach offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple's App Store. Apple processes your payment details. We do not receive your full payment card or bank information.

We use RevenueCat to validate purchases, restore access, enable FrameCoach Pro, prevent purchase fraud, and understand subscription performance. RevenueCat receives purchase history, store transaction information, app and device context needed to provide the service, and an anonymous app user identifier. FrameCoach does not create user accounts and does not send RevenueCat your name, email address, phone number, camera feed, or photos.

Purchase history is used for app functionality and subscription analytics. We do not use it to track you across apps or websites for advertising.

Website data

This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, accounts, or marketing cookies. Cloudflare hosts and protects the site and may process technical request data such as IP address, browser information, security events, and request timestamps to deliver and secure the website.

How we use and share data

We use purchase and technical data only to operate, secure, support, and improve FrameCoach. We do not sell personal information. We do not share data for targeted advertising.

Service providers may process limited information for us under their own terms and privacy commitments. The relevant providers are Apple for App Store purchases, RevenueCat for subscription management, and Cloudflare for website hosting and security. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Retention and your choices

• Camera analysis exists only as needed for live, on-device coaching.
• Local captures remain until you delete them in FrameCoach or remove the app.
• Exported photos are controlled through the Photos app and iCloud settings.
• Apple and RevenueCat retain purchase records as needed to provide subscriptions, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, and maintain financial records.
• Cloudflare retains technical request data under its service settings and policies.

You can stop camera access, change Photos access, manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings, or delete FrameCoach at any time.

Children

FrameCoach is a general-audience camera utility. It does not knowingly collect names, contact information, photo content, or other account information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate.

International processing

Apple, RevenueCat, and Cloudflare may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Those providers use legal and technical safeguards for international transfers as described in their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when FrameCoach, our providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date.
